Course Introduction:

The course aims to share Singapore's experience in public sector leadership, economic development, good governance strategies, and human capital development.

Topics to be covered include:

• 1. Singapore’s approach to governance and public service transformation

• 2. Economic development strategies and financial budgetary processes

• 3. Good governance and public accountability

• 4. Futures thinking and complexities – role in strategic planning in Singapore

• 5. Management of human resources, organizational change and transitions

Target Participants:

• The candidate must be a mid- to senior-level government

• employee who meets the following minimum

• qualifications set by SCP:

• 25-55 years old

• With at least five (5) years of service in the government

• Fully vaccinated with WHO EUL COVID-19 vaccines

• In good health to travel and take the course abroad
