The DSBMA is delighted to be hosting this year’s conference, following the success of our sell out event in 2019.
Once again, we are very grateful for the support received from our sponsors and we look forward to learning more about them over the course of the conference. This year we are coming to grips with the impact of COVID-19 and a series of major reforms to education, with the inevitable task of trying to achieve more with less. At the same time our Local Authority services are diminishing rapidly as a result of tighter budgets and community cohesion between local schools becomes more challenging, as schools join a range of multi academy trusts.
How are you going to manage this volume of change? Building our resilience in these times of change is critical to our own wellbeing and the wellbeing of our schools. We are going to hear from a range of outstanding experts, who are going to inspire and help us develop our strategies. Importantly, in coming together at the conference, we are also reminded of the importance of supporting one another and sharing what we know.
