ENSURING EXCELLENCE for ALL Students
In 2017, DS launched the #WEareDS initiative to promote unity across the district. By way of the Cultural Proficiency Plan, many efforts have been underway since then to improve the DS experience for all.
In the wake of the events of Spring 2020, the district launched a multi-stakeholder group to further its work around anti-racism, inclusion, diversity and equity - DS AIDE.
DS AIDE MISSION
To foster a school community free from bias and discrimination, and ensure a sense of belonging and equitable outcome for all Dover Sherborn students.
AIDE will actualize its mission through the work of six subcommittees.
