Dry Path is private by design. There is no account, no login, and no cloud. Everything you record in the App — sober days, drink logs, moods, notes, letters — is stored only on your device. We cannot see it, and we do not want to.
No name, email address, or account information
No health data sent anywhere — your sobriety data never leaves your device
No location data
No advertising identifiers; the App contains no ads
No analytics or usage tracking by us
The App stores your entries (sober days, drinks, moods, notes, letters, settings) in local storage on your device. The home/lock screen widget reads a small summary (your day count) from a shared container on the same device. Deleting the App permanently deletes this data. You can also erase everything at any time via Settings → Reset all data.
Premium purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We use RevenueCat to validate purchases and manage subscriptions. RevenueCat receives a randomly generated anonymous identifier and purchase information (product, price, date). This identifier is not linked to your identity and is not used for tracking or advertising. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy.
The App is intended for adults (17+) and is not directed at children.
Dry Path is a self-tracking tool, not medical advice. The health timeline shows general information about recovery after stopping alcohol. If you experience withdrawal symptoms or need help with alcohol dependence, please consult a healthcare professional. Quitting alcohol abruptly can be dangerous for heavy, long-term drinkers — seek medical guidance.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new effective date.
