Drum Machine is an app that turns your Android device into an eight-button drum machine. You'll find over a dozen models of real rhythm boxes and their corresponding sounds, and several special boxes that let you emulate the sounds of other musical instruments, such as drum kits.

Unlike other apps of the same type, in Drum Machine, you'll find a range of real vintage models you can choose from: TR-808, TR-909, TR-606, TR-707, R-55, RZ-1, RY30, MPC60 and DDD-1 are just a few of the most famous models. Of course, each model has its own sound set, which tries to be as faithful as possible to the original machine. But the highlight is that you can customize each button individually if you don't like any of them.

Each drum machine has its own sounds, but if you want to customize them, just tap the Edit button in the upper right corner of the screen. From here, you can access a special panel that lets you edit a dozen parameters and radically alter any button. You can change the overall volume, tone or echo, and you can also add reverbs and other effects. Put simply, you can add a touch of your personal style to each of the buttons on the boxes.

Download Drum Machine and unleash your creativity thanks to this app that will transform your simple Android device into a real musical instrument. Any music you compose will also be stored on your device. Without a doubt, this is one of the best eight-button drum machine apps you can find for Android.

I tried to play your drum machine in a musically timed rhythm and it seems to take too long to reload the sample before playing the sample again. Your code looks good and this is more how to use the audio tag.

This Version 6 update brings the original Rock Drum Machine up to date with a load of new features including a couple of new drummers called Mike & John, the new drummers are IAPs

Hope you enjoy the video.

I would also like to offer up a solution for this topic. I made a youtube tutorial about making drum patterns using arrays to emulate using a basic grid GUI that is found with a lot of online drum sequencers. It is a bit more beginner friendly, but might not have some of the funtionality of some other solutions posted here.

Have come across a couple of the E2 synth's for sale used near me and am wondering about how they are if used as just a drum machine? Looked into it a bit and realised that as well as the built in drum sounds the on board synths could be used to sculpt virtual analog drum sounds too. Plus there's all those effects which I believe can be used on outside audio sources too? Seems not bad when the prices are around $300 -- that's comparable to what I've seen local used Drumbrutes and TR8's go for; in fact those go for more, but the E2 seems more versatile to me. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Hello. I whant to buy one pcb or the gerbers files to make a drum machine. Also I needt the hex file to programming the PIC. How much is the pcb and the pic with program inside?

Best Regard,

Alex

Hello, great project you made for my admiration. I repeated the project for a drum machine but I would like if I could have on it the latest software which I saw on a video clip, with the possibility of menus and reverb. Would you be so kind as to send me this code so I can enjoy my new machine.

With exceptional thanks for the wonderful project.

Respectfully

We're pleased to present the new Pulsar-23 Andrew Huang Edition: a vibrant yellow version of the one-of-a-kind, organismic semi-modular drum machine made in collaboration between SOMA and the producer and YouTuber himself. SOMA's Pulsar-23 has become a go-to instrument for subverting the expectations of what a drum machine can or should do, attracting the interest of curious musicians looking for something a little bit different out of their drum synthesizer. With this version finished in a vibrant yellow personally chosen by Andrew Huang, the Pulsar-23 has become a favorite part of Andrew's studio due to its open-ended patching structure and rejection of standard drum machine tropes. The results may not always be what you expect, but like many other SOMA devices, Pulsar-23 creates a seemingly organic connection between the musician and instrument, tapping into the deeper parts of your subconscious mind to rely on instinct and reaction rather than conscious decision-making.

BD also features the recently redesigned oscillator circuit, where depending on an internal switch, the waveform may be optionally reset upon each trigger as a classic drum machine would do or left free-running in a more unconventional style. The difference is subtle, but in applications where you truly need a driving kick this change is very welcome. As for the BASS voice, it's an open synthesis block that can be shaped and controlled as needed. Use the Pulsar-23 MIDI input or control voltages to control its pitch, or engage PRC mode to treat it like a fourth percussion voice.

Build a unique drumkit using your favorite samples. Layer up to three samples per pad, with control over the pitch, envelope, EQ, distortion, and more. Add distinct flavor with texture emulations of the legendary E-mu SP-1200*, Korg Super Percussion*, and more in the Drum Mode menu. And shape or slam drums further with creative Drive and Dynamics presets.

Output audio on up to 16 channels for maximum control over your drum production. Send your sequencer lanes to their own channels or leave them all in one. And send audio pre- or post-FX. There are no rules to routing with this Pro Tools drum machine.

Shape and enhance your drum kit sounds with a host of effects. Add atmosphere with the reverb send effect. Create movement with the delay send effect. And add color, character, and punch to your whole kit at once with global EQ, distortion, and compressor effects in the Master FX panel.

Drum Machine is a free music application for mobile developed by Trajkovski Labs. It is a virtual drum machine that simulates a variety of real-life drum kits for users to try out and play on their devices. It features multiple models across various popular brands in the industry.

Much like other drum machine apps like Drum Pad Machine or MixPads, Drum Machine boasts an intuitive interface that is great for beginners while offering extensive control over the sound. It even offers some sound samples that can be used for creating music, which musicians will appreciate.

Making music is a difficult creative process for budding musicians and veteran artists alike. Regardless of the instrument, you can never really tell when or where inspiration strikes. That is part of the reason why music creation apps became a thing, letting you get a nice chord progression or groovy drum beat on record. If you're one of the latter, Drum Machine might be able to help you.

This app offers multiple real-life drum machine kits from the likes of Roland, Korg, and Yamaha, just to name a few, making the experience that much more realistic. The user interface itself is pretty straightforward and intuitive. You can assign each pad to specific parts of your set as needed, and you get plenty of customization options for adjusting volume levels, reverb, channel balance, and more.

Overall, if you're a musician and are looking for a handy virtual drum kit to have whenever you need to write down some beats, Drum Machine is a great option to consider. It's easy to use, boasts various models from popular brands, and is highly configurable. It performs well outside of a few instances where you need to do taps in quick succession.

Rhythm Ace FR-4

This device featured 20 presets, from waltz, ballad, cha-cha, beguine, bossa nova, haba-nera and more. The preset rhythms had 2-beat and 4-beat variations, with certain beats accenting different sounds. Combining rhythm patterns gave the user more variation and flexibility. It also offered a balance control, which adjusted the balance between bass drum and cymbal sounds.

Rhythm Ace FR-6

This analog preset drum machine shared the same patterns as the FR-4, with the exception of Slow Rock replacing the Disco preset. The main panel featured individual controls for volume, balance, tempo and variations. 2351a5e196
