Dr. Tripurari Nath Gupta (SM'21) earned his M.Tech and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering from VNIT Nagpur and IIT Delhi, India, in 2012 and 2020, respectively. In 2014, he joined the Electrical Engineering Department at NIT Uttarakhand as an Assistant Professor. He has served in various administrative roles and is currently serving as the Head of the Department. His research interests focus on Microgrids, Solar Water Pumping Systems, and Power Quality Enhancement in Renewable Energy Conversion Systems. He has supervised six M.Tech scholars and is currently supervising one M.Tech scholar and one Ph.D. scholar. He has authored 09 high-impact journal articles, 42 conference papers, and 3 book chapters. Additionally, Dr. Gupta holds two design patent and filed an innovation patent. He is involved in consultancy work. He is an active Senior Member of IEEE.
