Research Summary & Interests

I have been working on synthesis and characterization of Colloidal Quantum-dots (QDs), Organometal halide Perovskites and 2D materials and their applications in cutting-edge optoelectronic devices such as LEDs, Light emitting-FETs and Photodetectors. Synthesizing inorganic complexes such as TiO2, NiO, and ZnO nanoparticles for their applications in optoelectronic devices as thin film transporting materials have also been the focus of my previous research. Besides, I also have vast experience of various laboratory equipment operation for materials characterization such as sol-gel synthesis technique, Vacuum growth techniques, HR-TEM, SEM, AFM, Spin-coating, UV-visible absorption spectroscopy, Electro- and Photo-luminance spectroscopy.
