DropFuse ("we", "us", or "our") operates the DropFuse mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We do not collect personally identifiable information. The App stores the following data locally on your device only:
- Game scores and leaderboard data (stored locally, never transmitted)
- Achievement progress (stored locally, never transmitted)
- Game settings preferences (sound, music, haptics) (stored locally, never transmitted)
- Daily challenge completion status (stored locally, never transmitted)
- In-game currency and item inventory (stored locally, never transmitted)
2. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT
We do not collect:
- Your name, email address, or other contact information
- Location data
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs
- Camera or microphone data
- Contacts or calendar data
- Financial or payment information
3. LOCAL DATA STORAGE
All game data is stored exclusively on your device using iOS standard storage mechanisms. This data is not transmitted to our servers or any third party.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services in the core game experience.
5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our App is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The App contains no advertising, no in-app purchases requiring payment, and no social features.
6. DATA RETENTION
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all App data at any time by uninstalling the App from your device.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data for us to provide, correct, or delete. You may delete all locally stored App data by uninstalling the App.
8. GDPR AND CCPA COMPLIANCE
We do not collect personal data, therefore GDPR and CCPA data subject rights relating to access, rectification, erasure, and portability are not applicable. If you are located in the European Economic Area or California, you may contact us with any privacy-related questions.
9. SECURITY
We take the security of your data seriously. Since all data is stored locally on your device, it is protected by your device's built-in security mechanisms (e.g., device passcode, Face ID, Touch ID).
10. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the DropFuse mobile application ("App") operated by DropFuse ("us", "we", or "our").
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the App.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on iOS devices that you own or control.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:
a) Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion thereof
b) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
c) Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or transfer the App to any third party
d) Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the App
e) Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
f) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems
g) Use any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the App
h) Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DropFuse. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of DropFuse.
4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
The App does not support user-generated content or social sharing features. All game data is stored locally on your device.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED, THAT IT IS ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DROPMERGE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE APP.
7. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DropFuse from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the App will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
10. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your license to use the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
11. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms and posting the new Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
