Dr. Mohd Shahid Ali is an accomplished academician with over 9 years of experience in Finance and Accounting. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Woxsen University, Hyderabad, he has a strong background in teaching and research, with expertise in areas such as Business Statistics, Financial Management, and Behavioral Finance.

Dr. Ali holds a PhD, MBA, and M.Com. from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, and a B.Com (Hons.) from Ramanujan College, University of Delhi. His academic contributions include eight peer-reviewed research papers, a published book, and several chapters in edited volumes. He has also been an active participant in conferences, delivering talks and presenting papers on various aspects of finance and investment behavior.

In addition to his teaching roles, Dr. Ali has contributed significantly to academic administration and student development, having served on various committees, including NAAC, IQAC, and the Placement Cell. He is also a co-project director of an ICSSR project focused on financial inclusion in India.

Dr. Ali is a life member of the All India Commerce Association and has cleared UGC-JRF in Commerce. His commitment to education is driven by a desire to improve living standards through knowledge dissemination and to contribute to the socio-economic development of India.
