🌟 My Journey in Coding and Interfacing with Microprocessors and Computers 🌟

It’s been an incredible ride exploring the ever-evolving world of technology! 🚀 Here's a glimpse of my coding and interfacing adventure:

🔹 1983-1984: Started with word processing.

🔹 1984: Learned Fortran on a Mainframe Computer, BASIC, and Pascal on Apple computer.

🔹 1986: Delved into Machine and Assembly languages, DOS, Microprocessor Architecture, and Database management.

🔹 1987-1989: Focused on computer interfacing and control.

🔹 1990-1994: Interfaced sensors with the BBC Micro and IBM PC; explored VAX/VMS; simulated electronic structures on mainframes, HP workstations, Cray Supercomputers, and PCs; networked Apple and IBM systems; synchronized high-power pulsed lasers, and more.

🔹 1995: Learned HTML.

🔹 2001-2024: Mastered Embedded Systems.

🔹 2004-2006: Worked on industrial control with PLC and SCADA.

🔹 2008: Enhanced skills in LabVIEW for interfacing and control.

🔹 2023-2024: Advanced in Gerber & 3D Printing, Arduino IDE, Python, JavaScript, and more.

During my last year (2022-23) at teh GIK Institute, I got the opportunity to advise Final Year Projects (FYPs) in the areas of Laser Engraver, FTTH, DWDM, Brain Computer Interface, Photonic Adulteration Monitoring, Design of Safe and Smart Car, etc.

Began my teaching career at matriculation students.
Taught Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics to college students .
Taught Physics and Mathematics to O-Level students.
Taught Physics to A-Level students.
Taught Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Waves & Oscillations, Electricity & Magnetism, and Modern Physics to B.Sc. students.
Delivered courses on Advanced Electronics, Logic Design, and Microprocessor Interfacing to BS Computer Science and M.Sc. Physics students at the GCU Lahore and FAST Lahore.
Taught Physics, Engineering Instrumentation, Optical Engineering, Laser Engineering & Applications, Optoelectronics, and Optical Communication to BS Engineering Science students at the GIK Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology.
Taught Health Physics to BS Physiotherapy students at the King Edward Medical College, Lahore.
Delivered advanced courses at the MS and PhD levels, including Microelectronics, Organic Optoelectronics, Physics of Organic Semiconductors, Atomic & Molecular Spectroscopy, Laser Applications, Optical Fiber Communication, Physical Principles of High-Tech Devices, Organic Electroluminescent Devices, and Fundamentals of Photonics, among others.
Supervised 15 PhD students across multidisciplinary areas of science and engineering.
Secured funding for joint research projects between two world-leading countries, the USA and China.
Authored several books, published over 100 research articles in international journals, and delivered invited talks at numerous international conferences.
