Currently, I am associated as a Research Establishment Officer in Department of Materials Science and Engineering,  IIT Kanpur. I am Passionate teacher and curious researcher. Self motivated individual with an aim to see himself as a solution finder researcher and teacher. Hard working with cross-functional collaborative and project management skills to keep projects on time and on budget to completion.

My research focused on the micro-structure property co-relation of gradient structure and nano-crystalline surfaces developed via severe surface deformation technique. The mechanical properties of such gradient structure is investigated at various length scale. Besides this my research interest also lies at the tribological and tribo-corrosion response of interacting surfaces at macro/micro/nano level for automobile and biomedical applications. Recently, I am exploring the role of solid lubricant (such as hBN, MoS2) filled polymer composite coatings for various applications. Further, the role of hBN thickness as a additives in polymer and lubricant is my topic of interest.
