## Frequently Asked Questions

**The app is not loading questions properly.**

Try closing the app fully and reopening it. If the issue persists, 

delete and reinstall the app. Your progress is backed up via iCloud.

**I purchased Remove Ads but the banner is still showing.**

Go to Settings inside the app and tap "Restore Purchase". 

Your purchase will be restored instantly.

**I want a refund.**

Refunds are handled directly by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com 

and sign in with your Apple ID to request a refund.

**The app is in Greek but I want it in English.**

Open Settings inside the app and change the language to English.

**Will my progress be lost if I change phones?**

No. Your test history and bookmarks are synced via iCloud 

and will restore automatically on your new device.
