Privacy Policy for Driver Record Lite

Driver Record Lite is a local-first record-keeping app designed for drivers to record income, expenses, mileage, work hours and receipt information.
Information you enter in the app
Driver Record Lite allows users to enter income records, expense records, mileage records, work records, notes and optional receipt photos. This information is stored locally on the user’s device.
We do not operate a cloud server for storing these records. We do not sell user data.
Local storage
The app stores user records locally on the device using app storage and a local database. Users are responsible for managing their own device data and backup files.
Backup and restore
The app may allow users to export and restore backup files. Backup files are created and managed by the user. If users share, upload or store backup files outside the app, they are responsible for protecting those files.
Receipt photos
Users may optionally add receipt photos for expense reference. Receipt photos are stored locally in the app’s storage area and are used only for the user’s own record-keeping.
Advertising
Driver Record Lite may display advertisements using Google AdMob. Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect or process certain data such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, app interactions, diagnostics and other data for advertising, fraud prevention, analytics and service improvement.

No account required
Driver Record Lite does not require users to create an account or sign in.
Internet access
Internet access may be used to load advertisements. Core record-keeping features can work offline.
Data deletion
Users can delete records inside the app. Users can also uninstall the app to remove local app data from the device. If users created backup files, those backup files must be deleted separately by the user.
Children
Driver Record Lite is intended for adult drivers and is not designed for children.
