Driver Hint is designed to help drivers evaluate ride offers by analyzing information displayed on the device screen. Your privacy is important to us, and this Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and how it is protected.
Driver Hint may collect and process the following information:
Device identifier
App version
Android version
Device model
This information is used only to manage licensing, application functionality and improve reliability.
Driver Hint stores:
number of ride analyses performed
daily analysis counter
total analysis counter
subscription status (FREE or PRO)
last application activity
This information is stored to manage application features and subscriptions.
Driver Hint uses Android MediaProjection technology to analyze ride offers displayed on the screen.
Important:
screen content is processed locally on the device
screenshots are not uploaded
ride information is not stored
ride information is not shared
screen content is used only to calculate ride profitability
Driver Hint uses on-device Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to read ride information displayed on the screen.
OCR processing is performed locally on your device.
No OCR data is transmitted to our servers.
Driver Hint uses Google Firebase services to store limited application data.
Stored information may include:
anonymous device identifier
license status
subscription status
usage statistics
application version
Firebase is used only to:
restore licenses
synchronize usage counters
improve application reliability

Driver Hint uses Google Play Billing to process subscriptions.
Payment information is processed entirely by Google Play.
Driver Hint never receives or stores:
credit card numbers
banking information
payment credentials
