Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using DrivePath. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use DrivePath.
1. Acceptance of Terms
• By downloading or using DrivePath you agree to these Terms of Use
• If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the app
• You must be 13 years or older to use DrivePath
• If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review and agree to these terms on your behalf
2. What DrivePath Is
DrivePath is a practice driving log tool designed to help learner drivers track their practice hours and monitor progress toward meeting their state's requirements for a driver's license.
Important disclaimers:
• DrivePath is NOT an official DMV or government application
• DrivePath does NOT guarantee license approval or acceptance by any government agency
• We do our best to keep state requirement data accurate, but requirements can change — always verify
with your state's official DMV website
• DrivePath is a tracking tool, not a legally certified driving record
3. Your Account and Data
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the drives you log in the app
• You are responsible for keeping your device and iCloud account secure
• We do not verify the accuracy of logged driving sessions
• Falsifying driving logs may violate state and federal laws — we are not responsible for any misuse of
the app
• You may delete all your data at any time from Account → Delete Account
4. Subscription and Payments
DrivePath offers a free tier and a Premium tier. Premium unlocks PDF and CSV export of your driving log.
• Monthly subscription: $4.99 per month
• Lifetime purchase: $9.99 one-time payment
• All payments are processed securely by Apple through the App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• No refunds are provided except as required by Apple's refund policy
• Prices may change with advance notice
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
• Use DrivePath for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or distribute the app or its code
• Use the app in any way that could harm yourself or others
• Log false or fabricated driving sessions with intent to deceive a DMV, government agency, driving
instructor, or parent
• Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls in the app
6. Intellectual Property
• DrivePath and all its content, design, code, and branding are our property
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the app
• The DrivePath name, logo, and design are proprietary
• Your driving log data belongs to you — we make no claim over it
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
DrivePath is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We specifically disclaim:
• Any guarantee that the app will be error-free or always available
• Any guarantee that state requirement data is always current or complete
• Any guarantee that exported logs will be accepted by any DMV or government agency
• Any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose
Always verify your state's official driving requirements at your state's DMV website.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
• Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use DrivePath
• Failure to pass a driving test or obtain a driver's license
• Loss of data stored in the app
• Inaccurate state requirement information
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
• We may update these Terms of Use at any time
• We will notify users of any significant changes through the app or via email
• Continued use of DrivePath after an update means you accept the revised terms
• The effective date at the top of this document always reflects the latest version
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any
disputes arising from these terms or your use of DrivePath shall be resolved in accordance with applicable
law.
