TRX has Awaken!

Dodge has unveiled one of their most anticipated vehicles, the Dodge Ram TRX. This truck is going head to head against the Ford Raptor and a worthy challenger it is indeed. The TRX is equipped with a SuperCharged 6.2L V8 engine producing a total of 702 HP 650 lb-ft of torque and able to go 0-60 in 4.5 seconds. The truck will be able to go over 100MPH on rough terrain. The TRX is able to do the quarter mile in 12.9 seconds, which is insane for a factory built pickup truck to do.

The aggressive design stance and look of the truck was purposely designed that way to make it optimal for off-roading. The TRX is higher, wider, and meaner. The RAM emblem on the grill is designed to allow more airflow to the engine just like the specifically designed hood.

Dodge is not holding back any punches against the Ford Raptor. All of their marketing has been directed at the Raptor, especially with their launch video where they show clips from Jurassic Park where the T-rex eats the Velociraptor. It's clear that Dodge is confident that the TRX will make many Raptor owners, potential owners, reconsider their options.

The starting price for the truck will be $71,690 and the first production model will be priced at $90,265. You can order yours now and production will begin late 2020. The V8 engine that Dodge put in the TRX quickly gives the truck the advantage over the Raptor when it comes to power. Ford still has a chance to make things right with the 2021 Ford Raptor by putting a V8 in it.For now all we can do is wait and hope for the best. Chevrolet, we haven't forgotten about you, Thanks for reading. Stay buzzed.
