Your privacy is our priority. This Privacy Policy explains what data the AI Drink Cocktail Menu Maker application ("the App", "we", "our", or "us") collects, how it is collected, how it is used, and how it is shared with third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) services.

We intentionally limit the data we collect to strictly what is necessary to operate the core functions of the App.
Text Prompts (User Input): The only user-generated data we collect are the text descriptions, prompts, or keywords you actively type into the App to generate drink, cocktail, or cafe menu images.
Device Storage (Photos): If you choose to save a generated image to your device, we request write-only access to your device’s Photo Library. We do not read, scan, upload, or modify your existing personal photos.
What We Do Not Collect: We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, GPS location data, or any personally identifiable information (PII). We do not require you to create a user account.
Direct Input: The text prompts and descriptions are collected directly when you type them into the text box and actively tap the "Generate" button.
Permissions: Photo Library access is collected via standard iOS permission dialogues only when you explicitly attempt to save an image to your camera roll.
The data collected is used exclusively for the following purposes:
To Provide the Service: The text prompts you type are used to generate the digital drink/cocktail imagery you requested.
To Save Content: The Photo Library permission is used strictly to export and save the final AI-generated image directly to your local device.
We do not use your data for targeted advertising, marketing, or profiling.
To provide advanced image generation capabilities, the App must send your text prompts to external third-party AI service providers.
Who we send data to:
OpenAI, LLC: Your text prompts are sent to OpenAI’s API strictly for "prompt enhancement" (translating and structuring your simple description into a detailed photography prompt).
Replicate, Inc. / Black Forest Labs: The enhanced text prompt is then sent to Replicate's API (utilizing Black Forest Labs' models) to actually render and generate the final image.
What is shared: Only the raw text prompts you type are sent to these services. No device IDs, personal identifiers, or IP addresses are linked to these requests.
Protection and Equal Safeguards: We confirm that the third-party AI services we use (OpenAI and Replicate) provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this Privacy Policy. Furthermore, both OpenAI and Replicate’s API policies strictly prohibit the use of API-submitted data (your text prompts) to train their foundational models. Your data is processed momentarily to return the result and is not stored for training purposes.
In compliance with data protection guidelines, the App will explicitly ask for your consent before transmitting your text prompts to OpenAI and Replicate for the first time. You must tap "I Agree" within the App's consent modal to enable the AI generation feature.
If you purchase a premium subscription, the payment process is handled securely and entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect, process, or have access to your credit card information, billing name, or financial details.
Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Since we do not collect any personal identifiers, no child's personal data is stored by us.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
