Welcome to Drift Apex (the "Game"), a racing game developed and operated by Drift Apex (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of all users (hereinafter referred to as "you"). By downloading, installing or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms hereof.
