Dr. Hayashi is affiliated with the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai, NYU Langone Health, and Lenox Hill Hospital. She an honors graduate of Princeton University and Cornell University Medical College (Weill). At ger residency in ophthalmology at the New York Presbyterian Hospital - Weill Cornell Medical Center, she received the Distinguished House Officer Award in multiple years. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. American Registry recognized her as a "Most Compassionate Doctor".
