Born September 11, 1940, passed away peacefully on December 9, 2019, at the Trillium Hospital, Mississauga. A wonderfully loving courageous strong soul that lit our lives is now brightly flickering in heaven. Our Lord called her home to warm heaven and to reunite with her loving husband Timothy(Tima), her beloved parents Lily (former DRGS Teacher) and Floriano Jacques and brother Savio. In loving admiration, her son, Terence/Debbie and Alexander (daughter-in-law, and granddaughter) and daughter, Merlyn let her rest in peace. Knowing God's gift; Pam is treasured, remembered and celebrated.

Pam was born in Nairobi, leaves behind her aunt (Olga D’Souza), her sister & brother-in-law (Myra & Osborne D’Souza), her sister-in-laws (Florie D’Souza, Amey de souza, & Philomena Jacques), her cousins (Sabina de souza, Edwin Da Costa, Belina Noronha, Belivia Costa-Fernandes, Shavi (Grace) D’Silva, Jennifer Calaco and Erica Strohm), and her nephews & nieces (Baldwin D’Souza, Sheila Hamshaw, May D’Souza, Mervin D’Souza, Carol Gilby, Glen D’Souza, Glynis D’Souza, Jacob de souza, Hayley Abreo, Norman D’Souza, Senny Feighoney, Dylan D’Souza, Oriel Noronha, Aaron Jacques, Duane Jacques, Luke de souza and Shanalee Jacques).

Pam will be lovingly remembered and missed by her neighbours in Etobicoke, Oakville and Mississauga and the countless family, work and lifelong friends who were a part of her life all these years.

Pam and her family would like to express their gratitude to the doctors, nurses and support staff at Trillium Hospital for their compassionate care.

Your sense of humor kept us all smiling and your ability to bear all left us admiring.
