The Birds of Trinidad and Tobago, guys, please do not get too excited....I meant the feathered birds we met along our travel:
We had the most aweinspiring journey through the scenic and meandering lane through the rain forest in Tobago. We were all extremely happy , and travelled in joyous harmony just like the plants, animals , goats, deers , Iguana , ants , birds live in harmony in that huge span of green forest. At one stop ,high over the hills with glistening white beaches and clear blue ocean at the bottom and the Rainforest reserve all around us. Below some wonderful birds:

Below is the huge tree of the spirit of the forest which is the altar for the forest and protects and bless everyone who passes through. It measures hundred of spans around and its trunk rose majestically 100 0r more feet above the hill . We all stopped to marvel at the sight of the trunk ,its huge branches and luxuriant foliage which radiate lots and lots of CHI (positive energy) and provided YIN and YANG for all of us. Hence the reason we were all in harmony and well balanced. This is a tribute to the tree huggers who participate in such insightful , calm and meditative session on Marakesh beach.
The glass bottomed boat trip. Coral reefs and the lovely fish offered a spectacular sight. Chris was about the only guy who had a shot at the scuba diving. Needless to say that when the guide asked him what he saw under the sea, he says “ a lot of gorgeous mermaid”. Even this, however, did not tempt our dare-devil John to attempt trying scuba.
I was fascinated by not only the spectacular sceneries but more importantly the magical birds with such rich plumage and enchanted cacophonia of chirpings , singing which wakes you up in a meditative and calm mood early morning and sends you to sleep contented and mesmorised by the sheer natures beauty in the evening. I think we all agree that this was the holiday in heaven and it made it all the more special because we were in a big friendly group who all the same goal in mind : Enjoy, Enjoy Enjoy and, no doubt our ANGEL OF JOY and HAPPINESS was with us all throughout our journey!
This is Good Bye from some of the BIRDS of UK (Vita, Joe and Chris) !!!
Hope you enjoy the pictures just as I have enjoyed putting them together. Please can John or someone else add the Tree: spirit of the forest! I know John took some spectacular scenes… do add them in.
Take care and I will be thinking of you in Rwanda next week.
