Ebenezer P. Gnanamanickam obtained his PhD in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Purdue University in May 2010. Following his doctorate, he was a Visiting Assistant Professor at Purdue University from 2010-2012. From September 2012-July 2013, he was a post doctoral fellow at the University of Melbourne, Mechanical Engineering, Australia. He started at Embry-Riddle in September 2013. He focuses on understanding the physics and control of unsteady fluid flows particularly turbulent boundary layers.
He faithfully suffers through many Boilermaker football seasons while eagerly awaiting basketball season. He loves the outdoors, cold weather (go figure!), his musical instruments and would be lost without his faith, wife and sons.
