Dr Geetha Manoharan

Dr Geetha Manoharan, B. Com. (CA), MBA, M. Sc., MHRM, MPhil, ADHRM, PGDPM, PhD, 

Dr Geetha works in Telangana as an associate professor at SR University, Warangal, Telangana. Under her tutelage, students are inspired to reach their full potential in all areas of their education and beyond through experiential learning. It creates an atmosphere conducive to the growth of students into independent thinkers and avid readers. She has more than ten years of experience across the board in the business world, academia, and the academy. She has a keen interest in the study of organizational behaviour and management. 

More than seventy articles, book chapters and books have been published in scholarly venues such as UGC-refereed, SCOPUS, Web of Science, and Springer. Over the past six or more years, she has participated in several research and student exchange programs at both the national and international levels. Five of her innovations in this area have already been granted patents. Her specialities include Emotional Intelligence, Self-Efficacy, Talent Management, Job Satisfaction, and Work-life Balance. She organises programmes for academic organizations. 

She has served as an advisory member for two international conferences between 2022 and 2023. She has also served as the session chair for two international conferences during the year 2023 and 2024. She belongs to several professional organisations, including the CMA and the CPC. The TIPSGLOBAL Institute of Coimbatore has recognized her for her outstanding academic performance twice (in 2017 and 2018).
