I have an iPod 4th gen that is disabled. I heard that you could use the Gecko toolkit to bypass the iPod disabled screen so I gave it a shot and... nothing. I installed an older version of iTunes and java 7 and 8 with no luck. When running the application noting appears to be occurring despite it recognizing that an iPod is connected and in DFU mode.
