Welcome to DressMirror! Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use", "EULA") carefully before using the DressMirror mobile application (the "Service", "App") operated by Garoono Technologies.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
1. Description of Service
DressMirror is an AI-powered virtual try-on and outfit styling application that allows users to visualize clothing on their photos using artificial intelligence. Key capabilities include:
Virtually trying on outfits by combining a personal photo with a garment image using AI.
Extracting and isolating clothing items from outfit photos for use in try-ons.
Applying AI-powered style edits and creative templates to try-on results.
Saving and managing generated try-on images within the app.
Sharing results directly to other apps or device storage.
The app includes both free (credit-based) and paid (Pro) features. AI generation consumes credits per use. Internet connectivity is required for all AI features.
2. Features
AI virtual try-on using personal photos and garment images.
Outfit extraction to isolate clothing from reference photos.
AI Edit tab with creative style templates and custom prompt editing.
Generated image gallery and download capabilities.
Credit-based usage system with free and paid tiers.
Dark mode and light mode support.
3. Credits, Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
Credits AI features (try-on, extraction, AI edit) consume credits per generation. Free credits are provided upon registration. Additional credits are available via in-app purchase or included with Pro plans.
Unused credits do not expire for paid users. Free credits may expire as specified in the app.
One-Time Pro Purchase Type: Lifetime one-time purchase. Price: Varies by region (displayed in local currency within the app). Access: Permanent access to all Pro features and an enhanced credit allocation with no recurring charges.
Subscription Plans (if applicable) Duration: Weekly, monthly, or yearly (auto-renewing). Prices: Displayed within the app in local currency. Renewal: Automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
4. Payment and Subscription Management
Payment Payment will be charged to your Google Play or Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Prices are displayed in your local currency and may include applicable taxes. All prices are subject to change with notice.
Auto-Renewal (for subscription plans) Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Subscription Management iOS Users: Manage subscriptions via Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions. Android Users: Manage subscriptions via Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions.
Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain Pro access until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing cycle. One-time purchases are non-recurring and do not require cancellation.
Refunds No refunds will be provided for consumed AI credits or unused portions of a subscription term. Refund requests must be directed to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not have direct control over refund decisions made by Apple or Google.
5. Restore Purchases
If you reinstall the app or change devices, you can restore your previous purchases using the "Restore Purchases" option in app settings. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID or Google Play account. Credit balances are linked to your account and restored upon sign-in.
6. AI Generation and Data Handling
How Your Images Are Processed DressMirror uses AI models hosted on third-party cloud infrastructure to perform try-on generation, outfit extraction, and style editing. When you initiate an AI feature, your uploaded photos are transmitted securely to our processing servers and to third-party AI providers solely for the purpose of generating your requested output.
Image Retention Uploaded photos and generated results are processed in real time and are not permanently stored on our servers beyond what is necessary to complete your request. Generated images saved to your in-app gallery are stored securely and associated with your account.
What We Do Not Do We do not sell, share, or use your personal photos for advertising, model training, or any purpose other than delivering the requested AI generation result.
Your Responsibility You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any photo you upload. Do not upload photos of other individuals without their consent.
7. User Responsibilities
By using DressMirror, you agree to:
Permitted Use
Use the Service only for lawful personal styling and fashion visualization purposes.
Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Only upload photos of yourself or individuals who have given explicit consent.
Prohibited Use You must not:
Upload photos of minors for try-on or AI editing purposes.
Upload or generate content that is illegal, abusive, sexually explicit, or harmful.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the app or its AI systems.
Abuse the credit system, exploit free tiers, or attempt to circumvent payment systems.
Use the Service to generate content that violates the rights or dignity of any individual.
Resell, redistribute, or commercialize generated outputs as your own product or service without permission.
Attempt to extract, scrape, or replicate our AI prompts, models, or backend infrastructure.
8. Intellectual Property
Our Rights The DressMirror app, including all UI designs, AI workflows, templates, branding, and trademarks, is owned by Garoono Technologies. All rights are reserved unless explicitly granted.
Your Rights You retain full ownership of your personal photos. You own the generated try-on images produced from your photos for personal use. Commercial use of AI-generated outputs may be subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers.
Open Source The app may use open-source libraries and components, each subject to their respective licenses. Attributions are available within the app settings.
9. Data Privacy and Security
Our Commitment We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. We collect only the minimum data necessary for service delivery, analytics, crash reporting, and service improvement.
Data Collection We may collect:
Account information (email, display name, profile photo if provided).
Usage statistics (features used, generation counts — anonymous).
Device information (device type, OS version).
App performance metrics (crash logs, session data).
Purchase and subscription status.
Generated image metadata (not the image contents themselves).
Data We Do Not Collect
Your photos beyond what is necessary to complete your AI generation request.
Your precise location.
Your contacts, microphone, or unrelated device data.

10. Third-Party Services
DressMirror integrates with the following third-party services:
Google Gemini API: AI image generation and outfit extraction.
Replicate: AI virtual try-on model processing.
Runware: AI style editing and template generation.
Firebase: Authentication, database, cloud functions, and storage.
RevenueCat: Subscription and purchase management.
Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics: Anonymous usage analytics and crash reporting.
Google Play Services / Apple Services: Payment processing.
Your use of these services through our app is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
11. Service Availability and Modifications
Availability DressMirror's AI features require an active internet connection. Service availability depends on the uptime of our cloud infrastructure and third-party AI providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of AI generation features.
Modifications We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service; update pricing or credit values with reasonable notice; change subscription terms for new subscribers; and improve or alter AI models and generation quality at our discretion.
12. Account Termination
By You You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Uninstalling does not automatically cancel active subscriptions (this must be done through the App Store or Play Store). Unused credits are non-refundable upon account deletion.
By Us We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms, abuse of the credit or AI generation system, uploading prohibited content, or fraudulent activity.
Effect of Termination Upon termination, your access to Pro features and remaining credits will cease immediately. You will not be entitled to refunds for remaining subscription time or unused credits.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AI-generated outputs are provided for personal styling visualization purposes only and may not accurately represent how a garment fits, looks, or performs in real life. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy of AI-generated imagery.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of credits, data, or generated images; damages resulting from use or inability to use AI generation features; reliance on AI-generated try-on results for purchasing decisions; or any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Garoono Technologies, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, photos you upload without proper consent, or content you generate, share, or export using the Service.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes should first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication with us. If resolution is not possible, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
17. Changes to Terms of Use
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted within the app and on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Garoono Technologies regarding the use of DressMirror and supersede all prior agreements.

21. Acknowledgment
By using DressMirror, you acknowledge that:
You have read and understood these Terms of Use.
You agree to be bound by these Terms.
You are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement.
You consent to your photos being processed by AI systems to deliver the requested generation results.
You understand that AI-generated try-on images are visual simulations and not guarantees of real-world fit or appearance.
You agree to use the Service responsibly, lawfully, and only with photos you have the right to use.
