This Privacy Policy applies to the DressMirror: AI Outfit Try On mobile application (hereby referred to as the "Application") created by Gautam Singh Rathor (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider").

The Application is provided as a Free service with optional premium features and is intended for use "AS IS."

The Application may collect certain information to provide and improve its services. This includes:

• Device type, operating system version, and app version

• App usage data such as features accessed, session duration, and interactions

If you choose to sign in to the Application (e.g., via Google Sign-In), the following information may be collected:

Image Data and AI Processing

DressMirror allows users to upload photos (such as personal images and outfit images) to generate AI-based results.

When you use AI features:

• Your selected images are securely uploaded to cloud servers for processing

• Images are processed using third-party AI services (such as Google Gemini / Imagen APIs)

• The processing is performed only to generate the requested result (e.g., virtual try-on or editing)

The Service Provider does not use your images for training AI models.

Your images are stored securely and are associated with your account to allow you to:

• View past generations

• Save and manage your results

• Sync across devices

You may delete your images at any time from within the app or by requesting account deletion.

Data Storage and Retention

User data (including images and generated results) is stored securely using cloud services (e.g., Firebase).

We retain data only as long as necessary to:

• Provide app functionality

• Maintain user history and saved content

• Comply with legal obligations

If you request account deletion, your associated data (including stored images) will be deleted within a reasonable timeframe.

Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services to operate effectively. These may include:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage)

• Firebase Analytics (usage analytics)

• Firebase Crashlytics (crash reporting)

• RevenueCat (subscription and purchase management)

• Google Sign-In (authentication)

• Google AI Services (Gemini / Imagen for image generation and editing)

These services may collect and process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

The Service Provider does not sell, rent, or trade user data with any third party.

Payments and Purchases

The Application offers in-app purchases such as credit packs and subscriptions.

All payments are processed securely via:

• Google Play Billing (Android)

• Apple App Store (iOS)

• RevenueCat (subscription management)

The Service Provider does not store your payment details.
