This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Geza Media (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your use of the DressedUpp mobile application (“App”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
Circumvent security features or access restrictions
You retain ownership of any photos or content you upload.
By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze it solely for providing the App’s functionality.
We do not claim ownership over your content.
The App provides AI-generated outfit feedback intended for informational and entertainment purposes only.
Results are subjective and not guaranteed to be accurate
Feedback should not be considered professional fashion, medical, or legal advice
We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI feedback
The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions. Payments are handled through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including trademarks, logos, and software, are owned by Geza Media.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate this Agreement.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.
Use of the App is at your own risk.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles.
