Northern Lights Dressage Shows

A structured training program, with a focus on the fundamentals, is critical to developing a sound athlete, competing successfully, and maximizing your potential. To help you get the most out of your program, NLDS organizes clinics in the upper mid-west with nationally and internationally recognized trainers, instructors, and judges.

We carefully select our clinicians to ensure a positive learning environment for both horse and rider - regardless of level. Below you will find a list of our upcoming clinics!

Beth has held a USEF Dressage Judge license for over 30 years and a Western Dressage license for two years, both of which are "R" ratings. She has made a career in the horse business, including having managed a successful 40 stall boarding barn outside of Washington, DC, for 25 years.

Beth has always trained her competition horses "from the beginning", which gives her lots of experience and problem solving ideas for most situations. She has been fortunate to be able to train with some of the best professionals in this country, including Gunnar Ostergaard, Uwe Steiner, Linda Zang, and Bela Buttykay. She attends the FEI Trainers' Conference annually and has been exposed to wonderful European trainers.

Beth has recently relocated from New England to northern Florida. She now has a farm with her horses "at home", which she says is the perfect next chapter for her. Always open and approachable, Beth loves to teach and is happy to share her knowledge with anyone interested.
