This privacy policy applies to the DreamSensAI app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices. This service is provided as a Commercial service and is intended for use "AS IS."

1. Data Processing and AI Interaction

The Application provides AI-powered dream interpretations.

• Anonymous Transmission: When you submit a dream for interpretation, the text is transmitted to Google AI to generate a response. This data is sent anonymously.

• No Personal Identifiers: No personally identifiable information (such as your name, email, device ID, or IP address) is attached to the dream text during this transmission.

• Transient Use: The dream text is used by the AI service solely to generate a real-time interpretation. The Service Provider does not collect or store this text on any external servers.

2. Local Data Storage Only

Aside from the anonymous transmission required for the AI to function, the Application operates using local storage only.

• Storage Method: Any dream history, logs, or saved interpretations are stored exclusively on your mobile device.

• No Central Database: No personal data or dream records are uploaded to, or stored on, databases managed by the Service Provider.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

Because the Service Provider does not store your data on its own servers, you have full control over the lifecycle of your information.

• Retention Period: Data remains on your device for as long as the Application is installed.

• How to Delete Your Data: You can permanently delete all data from the Application at any time by:

  1. Uninstalling the Application: The standard uninstall process on your mobile device will remove all locally stored data associated with the Application.

  2. Clearing App Data: You can manually clear the Application's storage through your device's system settings to wipe all saved records.

4. Third-Party Services

The Application utilizes Google AI for dream processing. While the dream text is sent anonymously, the transmission is subject to Google’s privacy protocols. No other third parties have access to your information.

5. Location Information

This Application does not collect or track precise real-time information about the location of your mobile device.

6. Children’s Privacy

The Application does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children. Because the Service Provider does not store user data or require registration, it does not maintain a record of user ages. We encourage parental supervision for AI interactions.

7. Security

We prioritize the security of your information. Since your data is stored locally, its protection relies on your device’s own security (e.g., passcode or biometrics). The anonymous transmission to the AI service is conducted via secure, encrypted channels (HTTPS).

8. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. You are advised to consult this page regularly, as continued use of the Application is deemed approval of all changes.
