As a nurse licensed in the Philippines and the United States, I have developed a profound passion for real estate and financial literacy after reading 'Rich Dad, Poor Dad' by Robert Kiyosaki. It was truly an eye-opener. The book taught me the importance of not getting trapped in the Rat Race and becoming overly focused on our jobs and careers, which can blind us to what truly matters in life. For me, family and time are invaluable.

I firmly believe that investing our time and money in something that can generate a steady cash flow allows us to spend more quality time with our loved ones.
