This Privacy Policy explains how Dreamina AI ("we," "us," or "the app") handles your information when you use our AI image and video generation service.
Information We Handle Content you provide. When you use the app, we process the text prompts you type and the images you choose to upload from your photo library. This content is used solely to generate the images and videos you request.
Generated content. Images and videos you create are stored locally on your device in the My Creations section. We do not store your creations on our own servers.
Purchase information. Subscriptions and credit purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We receive confirmation that a purchase occurred but never see your payment details, name, or billing information. Your credit balance is stored securely on your device.
What we don't collect. The app does not require an account. We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, or precise location.
How Your Content Is Processed To generate images and videos, your prompts and uploaded images are transmitted securely to third-party AI model providers. These providers process your content solely to produce the requested output. Their handling and retention of content is governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review them.
Photo Library Access The app accesses your photo library only through the system photo picker, and only when you choose to select an image. We can only see the specific photos you pick — never your full library.
Face Data The app does not use facial recognition and does not collect, generate, or store face data or biometric identifiers. It does not create a faceprint, face template, or face map; it does not identify, verify, or track any individual; and it does not use the TrueDepth camera, ARKit face tracking, or any other face-detection or face-recognition technology.
Some features (Image to Image and Image to Video) let you upload a photo that may contain a face. When you do, the photo is used only to generate the image or video you request. It is transmitted securely to our third-party AI model providers — Replicate (for images) and Kling AI (for video) — solely to produce your result, and is never used to recognize, identify, or track a person, and never for advertising. We operate no servers and require no account, so we do not store uploaded photos ourselves; a photo you select is held only transiently on your device to fulfill your request. Generated results are stored only on your device. Our providers handle content they receive in transit according to their own privacy policies. Deleting a creation removes it from your device.
Your Responsibilities When uploading images, you must have the right to use them. Do not upload images of other people without their consent.
Data Retention and Deletion Your creations and credit balance live on your device. Deleting a creation in the app removes it from your device. Deleting the app removes your creations; your credit balance may be retained securely so it can be restored if you reinstall while subscribed.
Children The app is not directed at children under 13 (or the higher minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly process content from children.
Changes to This Policy We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date in the app.
