This Privacy Policy applies to the Comforting Dream Sounds app for mobile devices, developed and operated by AmineDev. This app is provided as an ad-supported service and is intended for use "AS IS."
The Application collects certain information when you download and use it. This may include, but is not limited to, the following types of data:
Device Information: Your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address.
App Usage: Pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages.

To improve your experience with the Application.

Mobmetrica SDK: The Application integrates Mobmetrica (com.yandex.android:mobmetricalib) to enhance user experience and analyze app usage. This SDK has been updated to version 15.0.0, which complies with the latest privacy standards, including prominent disclosure and consent requirements for any sensitive data collection. No location data is collected without user consent.

The Service Provider may disclose your information in the following circumstances:
To comply with legal obligations, such as subpoenas or similar processes.
When the Service Provider believes, in good faith, that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud or respond to a government request.
To trusted third-party service providers who help manage the Application. These parties do not have independent access to your data and are required to adhere to this Privacy Policy.
If any SDK or service collects sensitive or personal information, including location data, it will only do so with your explicit consent. The Application provides prominent disclosures before collecting any sensitive data, including a clear explanation of the data being collected and the purposes for which it is used.

You have the right to stop the collection of data by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall process provided by your device or app marketplace.
The Service Provider will retain any data you provide for as long as you continue to use the Application, and for a reasonable time thereafter. The Application is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13. If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, they will immediately delete such data. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at devgroupeapp@gmail.com, and the necessary actions will be taken.
The Service Provider takes reasonable precautions to protect the confidentiality of your information. Physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards are in place to protect the data processed and maintained by the Service Provider.
