Executive Advisor | AI, Cybersecurity & Enterprise Transformation
Dr. Christina Asare is an executive advisor and enterprise transformation leader guiding organizations through artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and large-scale digital transformation within highly regulated and mission-critical environments. She is recognized for leading complex, enterprise-wide initiatives that align strategy, governance, and execution to deliver measurable outcomes at scale.
She has led multi-million- and $100M+ enterprise programs spanning technology, risk, compliance, operations, and finance, partnering with executive leadership to design operating models that support responsible innovation, regulatory alignment, and long-term sustainability. Her leadership enables organizations to modernize with confidence while maintaining disciplined control across complex environments.
Dr. Asare leads at the convergence of enterprise strategy, governance, and execution, establishing structured frameworks that translate emerging technologies into scalable, secure, and operationally sound solutions. She is known for driving executive alignment, strengthening decision-making frameworks, and guiding globally distributed teams through high-impact transformation initiatives.
In addition to her technology leadership, Dr. Asare brings board-level financial governance experience. As Vice President of Finance (Elect) for the Project Management Institute (PMI) Hampton Roads Chapter, she provides strategic financial oversight, budgeting, and fiscal governance to support organizational growth, transparency, and long-term stability. This dual perspective—enterprise technology leadership combined with financial stewardship—positions her to lead with a comprehensive, enterprise-wide lens.
Her areas of expertise include enterprise AI oversight, cybersecurity and risk management, cloud and SaaS transformation, data strategy, and regulatory compliance. She has extensive experience operating within environments governed by frameworks such as NIST, FedRAMP, and Zero Trust, ensuring that innovation is balanced with security, compliance, and operational resilience.
Beyond her corporate and board leadership, Dr. Asare is committed to service-driven leadership through civic and faith-based initiatives, advancing principles of stewardship, accountability, and community impact.
Her leadership is anchored in a clear mandate: to govern with discipline, execute with precision, and deliver transformation that is scalable, secure, and enduring.

I believe effective leadership is grounded in clarity of vision, disciplined governance, and accountability at every level. Sustainable outcomes emerge when teams are empowered by clear structure, decisions are guided by data and integrity, and execution is anchored in long-term impact rather than short-term reaction. True leadership creates environments where innovation and responsibility coexist, enabling organizations to move forward with confidence, purpose, and measurable results.
