For the past 4 years of my life i've been a developer in the Godot engine. I've spent a lot of that time bouncing from project to project, learning more and more and I've loved every second of it. The engine itself is so nice to work with and the minimalistic UI is really easy and intuitive to understand. When it comes to projects I've worked on and released you wont be able to find any. Ever since I started game development I've always had this subtle fear that what I release wont be good enough and thus I've never had the courage to release a project.
I've spent a lot of time over the past 2 years learning to 3D model, the image shown in the banner was made by me, since i started I have vastly improved my skills since i started. I have learnt techniques such as retopology and subdivision modelling. I've learnt how to properly support different areas of a mesh and I always take my time, 3D modelling is a task that requires you to just put time in and if you rush it then it wont turn out good. Below will be a bunch of images of different models I've created.
Currently I'm studying Digital Games Design and Computer science! I hope to go into a Game Development career as i really love programming! I've always had a love for the behind the scenes of games as I love to see how things work and why things are done. When i first saw a glimpse of game dev it was from a youtuber called DaniDev who at the time was creating devlogs on his game "Karlson" This is when i was not fully decided but considering a game development career as i found everything so fascinating.
For the longest time I've been a fan of horror games such as Five Nights at Freddy's, Bendy and the Ink Machine, Poppy playtime and more. When i have spare time ill play games like them or ill play my other favorite genre RTS games. For the past two-ish years I've adored AoE2:DE as i just love the gameplay (probably because it requires problem solving and quick thinking) I also do a small amount of digital art but until i get a proper set up for it my skills are limited to what i can produce using a mouse... which isn't the best.
I'm also a collector... of sorts..?
I dont have a GIANT collection of things but I do like to collect memorabelia and merch. I have a decently size Doctor Who collection and then a FNaF one that rivals it in size.
This section is so small because i spend so much time working on projects. What can I say, I just LOVE working in Godot.
