3.1 All drawings, sketches, notes, and creations you make within DrawPadly remain yours exclusively.

3.3 Your creations are stored locally on your device by default.

4.1 All data is stored securely on your device or in your personal cloud storage (if you enable backup functions).

4.3 We do not sell, rent, or lease your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

5.1 The App may include third-party services only for necessary functions such as stability improvement or authorized advertising.

6.1 You may access, edit, or delete your local data and creations at any time within the App.
6.2 You may stop using the App and delete all related data at any time.
