AR Drawing Application (the "Application") is a free mobile app developed by Muhammad Ahmad Raza (the "Service Provider"). By using the Application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. You must not:
Copy, modify, or distribute the Application.
Reverse-engineer or extract its source code.
Use it for unlawful activities.
All intellectual property rights remain with the Service Provider.
The Application does not collect, store, or process any personal data. However, it may use third-party services, such as:
Google Play Services
These services have their own policies, which you should review.
Application just need permission of camera for Augmented Reality to work and storage permission for saving the user taken image into the Gallery.
You are responsible for:
Keeping your device secure.
Avoiding unauthorized modifications (e.g., jailbreaking/rooting).
Ensuring your device remains charged.
The Service Provider is not liable for any issues resulting from these factors.
Certain features require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for:
Poor connectivity or data limits.
Charges from your network provider, including roaming fees.
The Service Provider may update, modify, or discontinue the Application at any time. You agree to:
Install updates when available.
Stop using the Application if it is discontinued.
These Terms may be updated. Continued use after updates means you accept the changes.
