Thank you for using Draw Inspiration, a creative art companion that helps artists generate drawing ideas and reference images using AI.
Your privacy is extremely important to us. This policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect, sell, or use any personal data for advertising or tracking.

However, Draw Inspiration processes minimal anonymous data required for app functionality, in-app purchases, and credit management.

a) Device & App Information (Anonymous)

Used only to ensure stability and debugging:

• Device model

• Operating system

• App version

This data cannot identify you and is not used for analytics or advertising.

b) Image Generation Prompts

When you generate an image:

• Your text prompt is securely sent to the OpenAI API

• It is used only to create that specific image

• It is not stored by Draw Inspiration

• It is not linked to your user ID

OpenAI may temporarily process the prompt according to their Data Usage Policy.

c) In-App Purchases & User ID (Supabase)

To manage your credits securely, we store the following anonymous data in Supabase:

We store:

• An anonymous User ID (auto-generated)

• Your credit balance

We do NOT store:

• Your name

• Email address

• Google account

• Payment method

• Prompts, images, or personal content

The User ID exists only so that:

• Your credits stay consistent across sessions

• Purchases can be restored

• Fraud is prevented

• Credit syncing works reliably

Where this data comes from:

• Google Play provides a purchase token (non-personal)

• The app generates your anonymous Supabase User ID

No personally identifiable information (PII) is ever stored.

d) Local App Storage (On Your Device Only)

Stored only on your device:

• Cached anonymous Supabase User ID

• App preferences

You can delete all local data anytime by uninstalling the app.

e) Optional Feedback Submissions

If you choose to submit feedback, the following may be sent to a private Google Sheet:

• Rating (liked/disliked)

• Feedback text

• Optional prompt example

You remain anonymous unless you manually type personal information.

2. How We Use Information

We use minimal data strictly to:

• Provide core app functionality

• Process in-app purchases

• Maintain accurate credit balances

• Prevent fraudulent purchases

• Improve stability and performance

• Generate images using OpenAI

We never use your data for:

• Advertising

• Selling to third parties

• Cross-app tracking

• Behavioral profiling

3. Data Sharing

We only share data with essential services needed to operate the app:

OpenAI

• Receives your prompt to generate the image

• Prompts are not stored by Draw Inspiration

Supabase

• Hosts anonymous User IDs and credit balances

Google Play Billing

• Provides purchase tokens and product IDs

• We do not receive your personal identity or payment information

Google Apps Script (Feedback)

• Only if you choose to submit feedback manually

4. Data Security

We take strong measures to protect your data:

• All communication uses HTTPS encryption

• Supabase stores only anonymous credit data

• No prompt history or personal identity is stored

• No passwords, accounts, or emails required

5. Your Rights

Because Draw Inspiration stores no personal data, there is:

• No personal profile to access, edit, or delete

If you want to delete your anonymous Supabase User ID + credits, email us and we will remove the record manually.

6. Children’s Privacy

Draw Inspiration is intended for users 13+.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app evolves.
