Drava LTD ("Drava LTD," "we," "us," or "our") develops and publishes mobile applications available on the Google Play Store (each, an "App," collectively, the "Apps"). This Privacy Policy applies to all Apps published by Drava LTD and explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you download, access, or use any of our Apps.
By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use our Apps.
Information We Collect
The types of information we collect depend on the specific App you use and the features and permissions you enable. We may collect the following categories of information:
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
Account information: name, email address, username, password, and profile picture, if the App offers account registration or sign-in (including sign-in via Google, Facebook, or Apple).
User content: text, images, files, or other content you create, upload, or submit within the App.
Communications: information you provide when you contact us for support, feedback, or inquiries.
Purchase information: if an App offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, transaction details are processed by Google Play; we do not directly collect or store your full payment card details.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
Device information: device model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID), language settings, and mobile network information.
Usage data: features used, screens viewed, session duration, in-app actions, crash reports, and diagnostic logs.
Log data: IP address, access times, app version, and error logs.
Location data: approximate (coarse) or precise (GPS) location, only if the App requires location-based features and you have granted permission.
1.3 Information from Device Permissions
Depending on the App's functionality, we may request access to:
Camera and Photos/Media (e.g., to scan documents, take photos, or attach images)
Microphone (e.g., for voice input or audio recording features)
Storage (e.g., to save or retrieve files)
Contacts (e.g., to enable sharing or invite features)
Notifications (e.g., to send reminders or updates)
You may grant or deny these permissions through your device settings at any time. If you deny permission, certain App features may not function properly.
1.4 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information about you from third-party services, such as Google Play (for app installs, purchases, and reviews) and analytics or advertising partners described in Section 4.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
To provide, operate, and maintain our Apps and their features
To create and manage your account
To process transactions and manage subscriptions or in-app purchases

Advertising and Analytics Identifiers
Some of our Apps may display third-party advertisements or use analytics tools that rely on advertising identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID) to deliver relevant ads and measure ad performance. You can reset or opt out of interest-based advertising through your device's settings under Settings > Google > Ads, or by opting out of Ad Personalization via your Google Account.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Our Apps are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required by local law), unless the specific App is explicitly designed for children and complies with applicable regulations (such as COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate parental consent. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child without proper consent, we will take steps to delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal information to us may contact us using the details in Section 12.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
Correction: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
Deletion: request deletion of your personal information
Restriction/Objection: request that we restrict or stop certain processing

9.1 California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

You may also designate an authorized agent to exercise these rights on your behalf.
International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including countries that may have different data protection laws. Where required, we take appropriate measures to ensure your information receives an adequate level of protection, such as standard contractual clauses.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last Updated" date above. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
