CRITICAL DISCLOSURE REGARDING PHOTOS: We use this information strictly to provide the colorimetry analysis features of Our Service. All image processing occurs locally on Your device. Raw photos, images, and face data are NEVER uploaded to the Company's servers, stored on remote databases, or shared with any Service Providers. You can enable or disable access to the camera and photo library at any time through Your Device settings.
As required by Apple App Store Guidelines regarding the use of Apple Vision frameworks:

(English Translation: Drape uses Apple Vision technology solely on the user's device to temporarily detect facial contours in order to extract hexadecimal color codes for colorimetry analysis. No face data, face images, or biometric prints are stored, retained, shared, or transmitted to third parties or remote servers. Facial landmark data is immediately deleted from RAM as soon as the local calculation is complete.)
To calculate and formulate your precise seasonal color palette, Drape utilizes the secure API provided by OpenAI (specifically, the GPT-4o-mini model).
Data Privacy with AI:
What is sent: We only transmit non-identifying, numerical hexadecimal color codes (e.g., #D2B48C representing a skin tone) to the AI service.
What is NOT sent: No raw photos, face images, facial mapping data, or personally identifiable information are ever transmitted to OpenAI.
Data Usage: OpenAI processes these color codes strictly to return your seasonal palette result. Your data is not retained by OpenAI and is not used to train their public artificial intelligence models.
The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
To provide and maintain Our Service: including to monitor the usage of Our Service.
To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service.
For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract for the subscriptions or services You have purchased.
To contact You: To contact You by email or push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities or contracted services.
To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
Account Information: Retained for the duration of Your Account relationship.
Usage Data: Retained for up to 24 months to understand feature adoption and service improvements.
Face Data & Photos: Retained for 0 seconds. Images and facial mappings are immediately purged from the device's temporary memory once the local color extraction is complete.
Your information, including Personal Data (excluding photos and face data, which never leave your device), is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You. You may update, amend, or delete Your information at any time by signing in to Your Account settings, or by contacting Us directly.
Business Transactions: If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred.
Law Enforcement: Under certain circumstances, the Company may disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
The Service is not directed to, and We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from, anyone under the age of 16. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Information from anyone under the age of 16 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
