DramaShort Membership Agreement
This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between DramaShort ("the App"), and the individual user ("Member" or "You") who agrees to become a member of DramaShort and avail the benefits offered by its membership program. By accessing, downloading, or using the DramaShort app and its services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the App's services.
1. Membership Eligibility:
1.1. Membership in DramaShort is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By applying for membership, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
1.2. Membership is not transferable, and each member should only use their respective account. Sharing accounts or login credentials is strictly prohibited.
2. Membership Benefits:
2.1. As a DramaShort member, you will have access to a wide range of short dramas available on the App's platform.
2.2. Members can stream and watch all available dramas without any additional charges or restrictions.
2.3. Exclusive content and early access to new releases may be provided to members from time to time.
2.4. Members may be eligible for discounts or special offers on related products or services, subject to terms and conditions specified by DramaShort.
3. Membership Fees:
3.1. DramaShort offers both free and paid membership options.
3.2. The paid membership option ("Premium Membership") provides access to additional features and content.
3.3. The membership fees for Premium Membership are outlined in the App and may be subject to change at the discretion of DramaShort.
3.4. Members are responsible for paying any applicable taxes associated with their membership fees.
4. Membership Term and Renewal:
4.1. Membership begins upon registration and continues for the duration specified by the selected membership plan.
4.2. Membership will automatically renew at the end of the subscription term unless canceled by the member. DramaShort will notify members of upcoming renewals and provide instructions on how to cancel.
4.3. Members may cancel their membership at any time through the App's settings or by contacting DramaShort's customer support.
5. Account Termination:
5.1. DramaShort reserves the right to terminate or suspend a member's account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this Agreement or misuse of the App's services.
5.2. In the event of account termination, the member will lose access to all membership benefits and content.
6. Member Obligations:
6.1. Members agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process and to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
6.2. Members are responsible for all activities that occur under their account, including any unauthorized use.
6.3. Members agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using DramaShort's services.
7. Limitation of Liability:
7.1. DramaShort shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of its services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data.
7.2. DramaShort makes no warranties or representations regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of its services or content.
8. Amendments to the Agreement:
8.1. DramaShort reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the App.
8.2. Continued use of DramaShort's services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Agreement.
9. Governing Law:
9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].
9.2. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in [Insert City], in accordance with the rules of the [Insert Arbitration Association].

Subscription Period: Weekly / Annually
Subscription Price: $19.99/week, $99.99/year
Payment: Payment is deducted through the user's iTunes account, and payment is made once the user confirms the purchase.
Renewal: Users will be charged within 24 hours before expiration, and the renewal fee will be verified. After successful deduction, the subscription period will be extended by 1 subscription period.
Cancel Subscription: To cancel the renewal, please open "Settings" on your Apple phone --> go to "iTunes Store and App Store" --> click on "App ID," select "View Apple ID," enter the "Account Settings" page, click on "Subscription," and select "Cancel Subscription." If the subscription is not canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, the subscription will be automatically renewed.
