DramaGo (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the DramaGo mobile application (the “App”).
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
When you sign in using Google, we may receive:
Your Google account identifier
Email address
Display name
Profile picture
Authentication token required to verify your identity
We only request basic account information necessary to create and manage your DramaGo account.
We may collect and store information about your activity, including:
Viewing history and playback progress
Favorite or saved content
Search queries
Episodes you unlock
Coin balance, rewards, check-ins, and in-app activity
Reports or feedback submitted through the App
Account and authentication status
Guest users may be assigned an anonymous identifier so the App can maintain preferences and activity.
We and our service providers may automatically collect:
Device type, operating system, and app version
IP address and approximate location derived from it
Advertising ID and other device identifiers
Language and regional settings
Network information
App interactions, performance information, and diagnostic data
Crash reports and error logs
Push notification token
DramaGo uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect or process information such as:
Advertising ID
IP address
Device and app information
Ad impressions, clicks, and interactions
Approximate location
Diagnostic and performance information
Depending on your consent, region, and device settings, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.
If purchases are offered through Google Play, payment processing is handled by Google Play. We may receive transaction identifiers, purchased items, payment status, and related information, but we do not receive or store your complete credit or debit card details.
We may use collected information to:
Create and manage user accounts
Authenticate users through Google Sign-In
Provide video playback and App features
Save viewing progress and favorites
Process rewards, virtual coins, and content unlocks
Personalize content and recommendations
Send service-related and promotional notifications
Display, measure, and manage advertisements
Analyze App usage and improve performance
Detect fraud, abuse, and security threats
Enforce our terms and protect our legal rights
Respond to support requests

We use Google Firebase services, including Firebase Analytics and Firebase Cloud Messaging.
Firebase Analytics helps us understand how users interact with the App. Firebase Cloud Messaging allows us to deliver push notifications. Firebase may process device identifiers, App activity, diagnostic information, IP addresses, and notification tokens.

DramaGo allows you to sign in with your Google account. Google processes your information according to its own privacy policy.
We use Google account information only to authenticate you, create your DramaGo profile, provide account-related features, and protect the security of the App. We do not request access to your Google contacts, files, emails, or other unrelated Google account data.
You may manage connected applications through your Google Account settings.

We use Google AdMob to provide advertisements and support the operation of the App. Google and its advertising partners may use device identifiers, IP addresses, cookies, or similar technologies to deliver and measure advertisements.
Where required by law, we request your consent before serving personalized advertisements. You may be able to change your privacy choices through the consent or privacy settings available in the App.

We may share information with:
Google and Firebase for authentication, analytics, notifications, and advertising
Hosting, infrastructure, security, and technical service providers
Payment platforms when purchases are made
Authorities when required by law or necessary to protect users, our rights, or public safety
A successor organization in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets
We do not sell personal information for money. However, personalized advertising may be considered “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or a “sale” under certain privacy laws. Where applicable, you may opt out through the consent options provided in the App or your device settings.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
Provide the App and maintain your account
Fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy
Resolve disputes and prevent abuse
Comply with legal, accounting, and security obligations
When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize information associated with it, except where retention is required by law, necessary for security or fraud prevention, or stored temporarily in backups.

Please send the request from the email address associated with your account when possible. We may request reasonable verification before processing the request.
Deleting the App from your device does not automatically delete your account.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
Access your personal information
Correct inaccurate information
Request deletion of your information
Restrict or object to certain processing
Withdraw consent
Request a portable copy of your information
Opt out of personalized or targeted advertising
Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority

You may reset or delete your Advertising ID through your Android device settings. You may also disable notifications through your device settings.
Our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. These countries may have different data protection laws. Where required, appropriate safeguards will be used for international data transfers.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
DramaGo is not directed to children under the age of 13, or the minimum age required by applicable local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable minimum age.
If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at ad.k9studio@gmail.com so we can review and delete it where required.
The App may contain content, advertisements, or links provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of third-party services. You should review their privacy policies before providing information to them.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
Your continued use of the App after an update means you acknowledge the revised Privacy Policy.
