Dr. Aijaz Ahmad Khan is an internationally acclaimed filmmaker, media expert, and IEC strategist from Jammu & Kashmir, India. With over 21+ years of professional experience, he has built an extraordinary portfolio that includes 133+ films, 630+ television episodes, and 50+ magazines, all dedicated to public service communication, rural outreach, and cultural storytelling.

He has received 13 awards at the State/UT, National, and International levels, including the Best Grand Viewers’ Choice Award by SDGs–UN (Nigeria, December 2025) for a documentary film, the Youth Icon of Jammu & Kashmir Award, the Atma Nirbhar Bharat Award at the national level, and several other prestigious honours. He has also been conferred an Honorary Doctorate from the USA in Arts, Culture, and Films.

A visionary in development communication, Dr. Khan has worked extensively with the Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (RDD&PR), where he has effectively used media to amplify government programmes and empower rural voices. His expertise extends to digital media strategy, with over a decade of experience managing social media outreach for large-scale governance and public awareness campaigns.
