About This Artwork

Each piece begins with a real photo personally taken by the artist (not AI/CG-generated), then hand-drawn dot by dot.

My dot-art technique is designed to preserve the presence and spirit of the Dragon God Clouds.

Using outlines would overwrite the natural mystery and sacred atmosphere captured in the photograph.

Instead, I adjust the size and opacity of each dot to match the photograph itself, allowing the true “form” and “spirit” of the clouds to gently emerge without being forced.

Power lines, utility poles, and buildings are intentionally preserved as part of the scene's memory.

For privacy, faces, fingers, and other identifying details are edited out, and signs or other location-specific information are blurred.

From Clouds to Canvas: A Note from the Artist

These days, it feels like everyone — children and adults alike — has fallen into a world where we're always looking down.

I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing.

But my own view of the world traces back to something simple: as a child, I used to look up at the clouds and see animals, or food, or faces in their shapes.

My work still comes from that same simple instinct.

Now, almost everyone — young or old — carries a smartphone. But step outside, and you'll still meet all kinds of clouds.

Children see the world with such vivid imagination that they'll probably notice shapes we'd never think to look for.

If you spot something, take a photo. If you have the chance, try drawing it too.

That, too, means looking down at a screen for a moment. But even so, I hope it helps nurture your imagination — and helps you grow into someone wonderful.

Vol.0 Origin

Vol.0 symbolizes the Origin of this world.

It is presented as a watermarked photograph that captures the exact moment this collection came into being.

The photograph itself (Vol.0) will never be sold as an artwork unless dot art or other artistic additions are applied.

Vol.0 serves as the visual Genesis of the collection, forming the foundation from which all future stories and artworks will unfold.

As the collection evolves, new pieces may emerge through fresh discoveries or dot-art creations inspired by Vol.0 or other photographs.

In such cases, decimal-based sub-numbering—such as Vol.0.1 or Vol.0.2 (or a new numbering format)—will be used to indicate that the piece originates from the same source photograph.

The Hidden Discovery

A photograph does not automatically become a series.

Not every photograph contains another discovery that becomes a separate artwork.

When the artist finds a genuinely different shape, figure, or visual interpretation within the same source photograph, that discovery may become a new work. For example, starting from the same photograph, they may form a mini-series such as Vol. 3, Vol. 3.1, and Vol. 3.2, with each representing a distinct discovery and a completed artwork.

The decimal number does not indicate a reproduction or reissue of the original work.

Each completed artwork is its own original 1/1 work, created only when there is something distinct enough within the source material to become another artwork.

This is a graphic design logo, structured as a single, inseparable form based on an original concept.

Each fragment of the name maps onto a part of the creature — head, body, claws, tail, and footprints — reading the wordmark itself as the figure.

Rights & Ownership

Ownership

When an artwork is purchased, the NFT is transferred to the buyer, who is recognized by the artist as the sole official holder of that specific 1/1 digital edition.

Copyright

Holding the NFT does not transfer the copyright or other intellectual property rights in the artwork.

Copyright and all related rights, including reproduction, modification, derivative works, distribution, and commercial use, remain strictly with the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Permitted Use (Personal Use)

Personal use means private, non-commercial display.

Holders may:

- use the artwork as a profile picture on a personal social media account (even if monetization or ad features are enabled on that

account);

- display it within a private collection;

- introduce or display it, without commercial purpose, on their personal social media, blog, or website;

- use it as a phone or computer wallpaper, or print it for private display in their own space (not for sale or distribution); and

- crop or resize it to fit a profile picture or screen (including manual cropping to a circle or square), and make minor adjustments for private viewing.

The following are prohibited:

- use on corporate, business, or official organizational accounts;

- using the artwork itself to promote or sell products or services; and

- use on accounts that violate public order and morals, promote political or religious agendas, or engage in defamation or harassment.

Social Media Use & Image Modification

Posting the artwork on social media platforms is permitted strictly for non-commercial personal use.

Please refrain from major modifications that alter the original character of the artwork.

The following actions are prohibited:

- major color alterations, excessive filtering, or significant alterations that no longer preserve the original form of the image;

- combining or merging the artwork with other images or text; and

- processing or generating derivative content using AI tools.

However, automatic cropping or resizing performed by social media platforms when setting a profile picture, as well as the cropping, resizing, and minor adjustments for personal use described under "Permitted Use" above, are permitted.

When you share the artwork, tagging @DragonGodCloud is much appreciated (not required).

Resale and Secondary Distribution

When reselling, you must transfer the NFT in its original, unaltered state as minted.

The sale or distribution of modified versions of the artwork, and the minting of new NFTs based on them, are prohibited.

Derivative Works Guidelines (Fan Art)

We warmly welcome non-commercial fan art (illustrations, dot art, etc.) created by our community!

When sharing your fan art on social media, you must credit the original artist (@DragonGodCloud) and include the official hashtag (#DragonGodCloudFanart).

[Strictly Prohibited]

- Commercial use (selling merchandise, monetized products, etc.).

- Minting derivative works as NFTs or redistributing them.

- Direct copying, tracing, or re-uploading original artwork as your own.

※Any unauthorized commercial use or infringement will be subject to legal action and DMCA takedown requests.

Commercial Use & Exceptions

Except for the personal uses permitted in these terms, any commercial use, reproduction, modification, derivative work, distribution, or minting of another NFT representing the same completed artwork requires the artist's prior written permission.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the artist.

For press, exhibition, or collaboration inquiries, please contact the artist via official SNS DM.

Artist's Right to Exhibit and Publish

The artist retains the unrestricted right to exhibit, publish, archive, or showcase the artwork in portfolios, exhibitions, books, digital galleries, or any other medium.

Ownership of the NFT does not limit the artist's right to present the artwork as part of their creative history.

Enforcement and Takedown Actions

In the event of unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, redistribution, or any violation of these terms, the artist reserves the right to issue takedown requests, including DMCA notices, and to request the removal of the infringing content from any platform or service.

Applicability

These terms apply not only to the original purchaser but also to all subsequent holders of the NFT.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the artist assumes no responsibility or liability for any losses resulting from blockchain network malfunctions, specification changes by third-party services, or management failures on the part of the purchaser.

This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Agreement to These Terms

Please review these terms before purchasing or otherwise acquiring the NFT.

By purchasing or otherwise acquiring the NFT, whether in the initial sale, on the secondary market, by transfer, or by any other means, you agree to these terms.

These terms may be updated; the version published at the time you purchase or acquire the NFT applies to you.

この作品について

各作品は、作者自身が実際に撮影した写真（AIやCG生成ではありません）を元に、ドットを一つずつ手で描き込んでいます。

私のドットアートは、龍神雲が持つ気配や姿を壊さないために、線を使わずに描いています。

線で描いてしまうと、写真に写った雲の神秘性や自然な存在感が消えてしまうからです。

描く写真に合わせて、ドットの大きさや濃さを細かく調整しながら描き込み、雲が本来持っていた“姿”や“気配”をそっと浮かび上がらせています。

電線や電柱、建物はあえてそのまま残し、風景の記憶として作品に留めています。

プライバシー保護のため、顔や指、個人が特定できる情報は編集し、場所が特定される看板等はぼかしています。

雲からキャンバスへ：アーティストからの手紙

今、子供も大人も、世の中全体が下を向いている世界観になってしまっている気がします。

それが必ずしも悪いことだとは思いません。

ただ僕の世界観の原点は、子供の頃に雲を見上げて、動物や食べ物の形に見えたあの感覚です。

僕の作品も、そんな単純な発想から生まれています。

今は老若男女、誰もがスマートフォンを持つ時代。でも一歩外に出れば、いろんな表情の雲に出会えます。

子供たちは感性が豊かだから、僕らが気づかないような姿や形をきっと見つけてくれるはずです。

もし何か見つけたら、ぜひ一度写真に撮ってみてください。描ける環境があれば、描いてみてほしい。

それもまた、下を向く行為かもしれません。

Vol.0 起源（Origin）

Vol.0 は、この世界の「起源」を象徴しています。

このコレクションが誕生した瞬間を正確に捉えた、透かし入りの写真として提示されます。

この写真そのもの（Vol.0）は、ドットアートやその他の芸術的な加工が施されない限り、作品として販売されることはありません。

Vol.0 はコレクションの「視覚的な創世記（Genesis）」として機能し、今後生まれるすべての物語や作品が展開していく基盤となります。

コレクションが進化するにつれ、Vol.0 や他の写真から着想を得た新たな発見やドットアートによって、新しい作品が生まれることがあります。

その場合、同じ元写真から派生した作品であることを示すために、Vol.0.1 や Vol.0.2 といった小数点によるサブナンバリング（または新たな番号形式）が用いられます。

隠された発見

写真が自動的にシリーズになるわけではありません。

すべての写真の中に、別の作品になるような新たな発見があるとは限りません。

同じ元の写真の中に、本当に異なる形、人物像、あるいは視覚的な解釈を作家が見出したとき、それは新しい作品になり得ます。たとえば、同じ写真を出発点として、Vol. 3、Vol. 3.1、Vol. 3.2のようなミニシリーズが生まれることがあります。それぞれが異なる発見を表し、完結した一つの作品となります。

名前の一文字一文字が、頭部・胴体・爪・尻尾・足跡という生き物の部位に対応しており、ロゴタイプそのものが一つの姿を描いています。

権利と所有権について

所有権

作品が購入されると、NFTは購入者へ移転し、購入者は作者によって、その固有の1/1デジタルエディションの唯一の公式保有者として認識されます。

著作権

NFTを保有することは、作品の著作権その他の知的財産権の譲渡を意味するものではありません。

複製権、改変権、二次的著作物の作成権、配布権、商用利用権を含むすべての著作権は、厳格に作者に帰属します。

許可される利用範囲（個人利用）

個人利用とは、非商用かつ私的な表示を指します。

保有者は次の利用ができます

・個人のSNSアカウントのプロフィール画像（アイコン）としての使用（アカウントで収益化機能や広告設定が有効な場合も含みます）

・個人コレクション内での展示

・個人のSNS、ブログ、ウェブサイト等での、営利を目的としない紹介・展示

・スマートフォンやパソコンの壁紙としての使用、および自宅など私的な空間での展示を目的とした印刷（販売・配布は除きます）

・プロフィール画像や画面に合わせた、切り取り（手動での円形・正方形への切り取りを含みます）やリサイズ、および私的な閲覧のための軽微な調整

次の利用は禁止します

・企業・法人の公式アカウント、または事業用アカウントでの使用

・作品そのものを、商品やサービスの宣伝・販売に利用すること

・公序良俗に反するアカウント、政治・宗教活動を目的とするアカウント、他者への誹謗中傷やハラスメントを行うアカウントでの使用

SNSでの利用および画像改変について

作品のSNS投稿は、非商用の個人利用に限り許可されます。

作品の原形を損なうような大幅な改変は行わないでください。

次の行為は禁止します

・色調の大幅な変更、過度なフィルター処理、原形を留めない大幅な改変

・他の画像や文字との合成

・AIツール等による加工・生成

ただし、プロフィール画像の設定時にSNSが自動で行うトリミング・リサイズ、および上記「許可される利用範囲」に記載した、

個人利用のための切り取り・リサイズ・軽微な調整は問題ありません。

判断に迷う場合は、公式SNSのDMでご相談ください。

作品を紹介していただく際は、@DragonGodCloud をタグ付けしていただけると嬉しいです（義務ではありません）。

転売および二次配布について

転売する際は、発行時のままのNFT（作品データを変更していないもの）を譲渡してください。

加工や改変をした画像の販売や配布、およびそれを元にした新たなNFTの発行は禁止します。

二次創作ガイドライン（ファンアート）

ファンの皆様による非商用のファンアート（イラストやドットアートなど）の制作・公開を心より歓迎いたします。

ファンアートをSNS等に投稿する際は、必ず、原作者名（@DragonGodCloud）の記載と、

指定ハッシュタグ（#DragonGodCloudFanart）を付けて投稿してください。

【禁止事項】

・営利・商用目的での利用（グッズ販売や有料コンテンツへの掲載など）

・二次創作物のNFT化（ミント）および再配布

※不正や無断商用利用を発見した場合、法的措置および削除要請を行います。

商用利用および例外

本規約で許可された個人利用を除き、商用利用、複製、改変、二次的著作物の作成、再配布、

および同一の完成作品を表す別のNFTの発行・再ミントには、作者による事前の書面による許可（ライセンス契約等）が必要です。

本規約に明記されていないすべての利用権利は作者に帰属します。

取材・展示・コラボレーション等に関するご相談は、公式SNSのDMまでご連絡ください。

作者による展示・出版の権利

作者は、作品をポートフォリオ、展示会、書籍、デジタルギャラリーその他の媒体で公開・展示・掲載する権利を保持します。

NFTの所有は、作品を作者の創作履歴として提示する権利を制限するものではありません。

権利侵害への対処

無断利用、複製、改変、再配布、または本規約への違反が確認された場合、作者はDMCA（デジタルミレニアム著作権法）に基づく削除要請を含む公開停止措置を行い、厳正に対処する権利を保持します。

適用範囲

本規約は、最初の購入者だけでなく、その後にNFTを取得するすべての保有者（二次流通以降の所有者）にも適用されます。

準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠します。

免責事項（Disclaimer）

法令上許される範囲で、ブロックチェーンネットワークの不具合、第三者サービスの仕様変更、または購入者側の管理不備に起因する損失について、作者は責任を負いません。

ただし、法令上責任を制限できない場合は、この限りではありません。

規約への同意

NFTを購入または取得される前に、本規約をご確認ください。

最初の購入、二次流通での購入、譲渡、その他方法を問わず、NFTを購入または取得した方は、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

本規約は変更されることがあり、購入または取得した時点で公開されていた内容が適用されます。
