KAIMAI MAMAKU FOREST PARK
Kaimai Mamaku Forest Park contains a number of historic mining and kauri logging sites and features several popular tramping tracks.
OMANAWA FALLS
A 35-meters typical plunge waterfall, Omanawa Falls is found near the first hydroelectric power station in the Southern Hemisphere, a 20 minute drive away from Tauranga.

HOBBITON

MCLAREN FALLS PARK
190 hectares of parkland set alongside Lake McLaren and is just ten minutes by car, from Tauranga.
One of the highlights of the park is the waterfall track where you can see glow worms after dusk. Enjoy a short, easy stroll to the picturesque waterfall and spot the glow worms on either side of the track. Part of the waterfall track is also wheelchair and mobility scooter friendly.

Natural spring known for its clear blue water, with an adjacent walkway for picturesque hikes.
