Clients who cancel before the 72-hour window from 8:00 am on the day of their trip will receive their payment back in full. Any cancellation within those 72 hours will forfeit a return on their $100 deposit. Cancelations or no-shows on the day of the trip will forfeit their entire payment. DFC Guides reserve the right to cancel a trip at any time and the client will receive a complete refund. Situations for the guide to cancel a trip include but are not limited to severe weather, unsuitable river conditions, etc...
