Welcome to my academic homepage. I received my Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras. My research focuses on analytical contact mechanics, fretting fatigue, and wear, with a particular emphasis on the effects of contact stresses under partial and gross slip conditions. My current research is focused on developing a mechanistic fretting wear model capable of predicting wear evolution under complex loading conditions. I am broadly interested in experimental and computational approaches to problems in solid mechanics, tribology, and structural integrity.
