Dr. Sandeep Kautish

Dr. Sandeep Kautish is working as Professor & Dean-Academics with LBEF Campus, Kathmandu Nepal running in academic collaboration with Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation Malaysia.

I am seasoned academician and accomplished professor with over 16 Years of work experience including over 05 years in academic administration in various institutions of India and abroad. I earned my bachelors, masters in Computer Science and a doctorate degree in Computer Science in the area of Intelligent Systems in Social Networks. I holds PG Diploma in Management also. My areas of teaching and research interest are Decision Support Systems, Business Analytics, Machine Learning, Data Mining, and Information Systems.

I have 40+ publications (05 SCI/SCIE indexed) which has been published in reputed journals i.e. Springer, Elsevier, Inderscience, and IGI Global with impact factor. Also, I have authored/edited number of books with reputed publishers i.e. Springer, Elsevier, Wiley, De Gruyter, and IGI Global. I was invited as Keynote Speaker at VIT Vellore in 2019 for an International Virtual Conference held at VIT Vellore Campus. I filed one patent in the field of Solar Energy equipment using Artificial Intelligence in 2019.

I have enacted as editorial member of various reputed SCI/SCIE journals i.e. Journal of Intelligent Manufacturing (Springer), Computer Communications (Elsevier), Multimedia Tools & Applications (Springer), Computational Intelligence (Wiley), International Journal of Decision Support System Technology (IGI Global USA), International Journal of Image Mining (Inderscience Publication) and Australasian Journal of Information Systems (AJIS.

I supervised one PhD in Computer Science as a co-supervisor at Bharathiar University Coimbatore. Presently two doctoral scholars are pursuing their PhD under my supervision in sentiment analysis area. I am a recognized PhD thesis examiner at various international universities of repute i.e. Visvesvaraya Technological University, India, Anna University Chennai, Savitribai Phule Pune University, M.S. University, Tirunelveli, University of Kufa, University of Babylon, Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP),and various other Technical Universities.
