Dr. Pinak Deb is a dedicated academician and researcher in the field of Commerce and Management, currently serving as Assistant Professor at Barak Valley Engineering College, Sribhumi, Assam. With a Ph.D. in Commerce from Assam University, his research expertise encompasses Behavioural studies in the field of HR&OB, Finance and Marketing.

Over the years, Dr. Deb has authored multiple research papers published in reputed national and international journals, including UGC Care, Scopus etc. indexed publications. His contributions also include books and a case study published by the Case Centre, UK.

He has actively participated in and presented at various national and international conferences, while also playing key roles in academic administration and curriculum development.
