Added Charge shots will overclock friendly buildings when hit. Overclocked buildings will have their base functions increased by 50% depending on the building being overclocked. Boost lasts for 7 seconds
Charge shot does not take very long to fire, unlike the Cow Mangler
Reason: The Pomson isn’t the worst weapon in the world but its concept is just so genuinely flawed, and generally not one that I feel even deserves to be viable, so we can turn it into a more building focused primary, similar to the Rescue Ranger.

Reason: You don't need me to lecture you about the Wrangler. Pretty much everyone who is anyone knows that the Wrangler is overpowered. So reducing its overall effectiveness should be a priority.

Changed inability to crit to Mini-crits when would normally crit
Reduced metal consumed per shot to 50 from 65
Increased firing speed to 1 second from .5
Added -50% metal gained from all sources
Reason: The Short Circuit probably isnt necessarily overpowered like its contemporary, its still quite unfun to go against, mostly due to how easily spammed it is in the correct circumstances.

Added +25% damage bonus on all weapons while outside of your Sentry's range
Removed On hit: Bleed for 5 seconds
Added -25% damage penalty on all equipped weapons while inside of your Sentry's range
All weapons do normal damage when the Sentry Gun is not up.
Engineer will wear a thick, dark, cut resistant welders glove when this weapon is equipped.
Reason: Most people when they buff the Hospitality try to make it a turtling weapon, which honestly doesn’t do it for me at all. I would like to see this version of the Hospitality instead, where it allows the Engineer to play in a Semi-offensive style, unique from the Gunslinger, and have the Engineer be much less tied down to his base

Changes:
Changed -50% cost for upgrading teleporters to upgrades teleporters at a 2x rate (uses 50 metal per swing for teleporters)
Reason: Used to prevent Engineers from using this and then immediately swapping wrenches to get the upside for free permanently.
