Hello, welcome to my webpage. I am currently working as an Assistant Professor (Grade-I) in the Department of Mathematics, National Institute of Technology Uttarakhand. I joined this institute in the year 2013 as an Assistant Professor. Prior to this, I was working as an Assistant Professor (Senior Scale) in the Department of Mathematics, University of Petroleum & Energy Studies, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. I did my PhD from the Department of Mathematics, Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, Uttarakhand under the supervision of Prof. R. R. Bhargava. The title of my thesis was "Numerical Studies on Fracture of 2-D Piezoelectric/Magnetoelectroelastic Media using XFEM".

I am working in the field of advanced computational techniques for solving partial differential equations with applications in solid mechanics problems, XFEM, Meshfree Methods, DDM, Numerical Solution of Singular Integral Equations, Riemann-Hilbert problems, Fracture in Smart Materials.
